Terms of Service

By creating an account or accessing any part of printera.io, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you are accepting on behalf of a company or organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, do not use the platform.

Printera is a multi-channel e-commerce management platform built for print-on-demand sellers. The core service includes:

• Product variant creation and canvas template management
• Mockup and print-ready file generation via automated image processing
• Marketplace synchronisation with Etsy (v3 API) and Amazon (SP-API)
• Order processing, production job tracking, and fulfilment coordination
• Hybrid fulfilment routing — self-produce or delegate to Printera's print network
• Real-time financial dashboards: revenue, COGS, net margin, and P&L per order
• Credit wallet and subscription billing via Iyzico

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time. Where feasible, we will provide 30 days' notice for significant feature removals.

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete registration information
• Each business entity may hold one account; multiple accounts per entity are not permitted
• Corporate accounts must supply a valid Turkish Tax Identification Number (Vergi No) for invoice generation
• You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• You must notify us immediately at admin@printera.io if you suspect unauthorised access

You agree that you will not use Printera to:

• Engage in any activity that violates applicable Turkish, EU, or international law
• Violate the Terms of Service of connected marketplaces (Etsy, Amazon) through our integrations
• Upload, generate, or distribute content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the platform
• Circumvent rate limits, authentication, or any other security measure
• Use automated scripts or bots to interact with the platform beyond supported API integrations
• Misrepresent your identity, business registration, or tax information
• Use the platform for any form of fraudulent commerce

Violations may result in immediate account suspension without refund.

When you connect your Etsy or Amazon account, you grant Printera permission to read and write data on your behalf via the respective marketplace APIs.

• You remain solely responsible for compliance with Etsy's and Amazon's own policies
• Printera acts as an automation tool; we do not control marketplace policies or enforcement
• We are not liable for listing removals, account suspensions, or penalties imposed by marketplaces
• You may revoke our marketplace access at any time from within your Printera settings or directly via the marketplace
• Marketplace API access is subject to rate limits set by the respective platform; Printera manages these automatically but cannot guarantee real-time sync under extreme conditions

• Credits are prepaid units used for Printera-managed fulfilment services
• Credits are purchased in advance and deducted per production job
• Credits are non-refundable once purchased, except in the event of a verified service failure on our part
• Unused credits expire 12 months from the date of purchase
• Credits are non-transferable between accounts
• Credit balances have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn

When you route orders through Printera's managed print network:

• You are responsible for submitting design files that meet our published specifications (resolution, colour profile, bleed area)
• Production SLAs are estimates based on capacity; we do not guarantee delivery dates
• We reserve the right to reject orders containing content that violates our Content Policy (IP infringement, prohibited imagery)
• For defective or incorrect items produced due to our error, we will reprint or credit at no charge — claims must be submitted within 14 days of delivery
• Shipping carriers are third-party providers; we are not liable for carrier delays, lost-in-transit, or customs issues

THE PRINTERA PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW:

• Our total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total fees you paid to us in the three (3) months immediately preceding the claim
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption
• We are not responsible for losses arising from marketplace policy changes, account suspensions by Etsy or Amazon, or third-party service outages
• We are not liable for the accuracy of financial data derived from third-party marketplace APIs

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Printera and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with: (a) your use of the platform; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights; or (d) any content you upload or transmit through the platform.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, business practices, or legal requirements. For material changes, we will notify registered users via email at least 30 days before the new terms take effect. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and close your account before the effective date.
